Timor-Plaza, Dili Tuesday 2/12/2025 Institute for the Quality of Timor-Leste (IQTL,I.P), through the Department of International Qualification Affairs, Head of Department of International Qualification Affairs Mr. Rosario Terezinho Carceres accompanied by Head of Certification Section Mr. Abel Soares and Head of International Qualification Section Ms. Bertilla Pereira da Costa, continues to Distribute Certificate of Analysis (COA) to Director of ENSIF 2005 Unipessoal, Lda. Mr. Gaudensio Bernardino Soares, producing Alcohol Lulik Spirit (ALS). This initiative continues as part of institutional efforts to guarantee the quality and safety of products distributed in the Timorese market. The COA process follows international standards and national regulations to ensure the product complies with safety, quality, and consumer viability criteria. This distribution also provides clarity regarding the technical capacity and confidence in ENSIF 2005 Unipessoal, Lda. which produces Alcohol Lulik Spirit (ALS) that meets laboratory analysis requirements.
